All purchases within the United States will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Regarding the shipment of products and services sold through the Website, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Should your item not be received but your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, please get in touch with the shipping carrier to file a USPS or UPS claim.

We do NOT ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or non-permanent addresses, i.e., hotels or Airbnbs.
